Compact HDD Mud recycling system finished the production

Celebrate the National Day on October 1, DC Solid control company have a 7 days holiday from 1-7th of Oct. But to delivery the HDD mud system to Abroad clients. Our workers chose to work overtime to finish the production. 

The HDD mud system is customized by the users, and all electric parts are from ABB and Siemens, include the centrifugal pumps motor and starter. Besides the paint brand is Jordan. 

The specification of the HDD mud system: 

1.The main equipment is the double deck mud cleaners with the treating capacity is 50-80m3/h. And the upper deck screen size is 750x950mm 2 pcs and bottome deck screen is 850x1250mm 2pcs. 

2.Polyurethane 4" hydorcyclone equipped the shaker to separate the solid particles size from 15-25um. 

3.A SB4x3-11 centrifugal pump with motor power 11kw. Treating capacity is 60m3/h and 40m lift.
