The stock of vertical mud agitators from DC Solid control

Mud agitator is an important equipment of mud tank surface product whose function is prevent mud in the tank sediment. Because it locate on the surface tank, so there are many different models of mud agitators because of the different tanks depth and width. 

Now, in DC Solid control warehouse, there are 60 sets vertical mud agitators, they are JBQ5.5, JBQ7.5, JBQ15 and ect. All with different shaft lenght accroding to users requirements. 

The DCJBQ Series Vertical Mechanical Agitator is ideal for installations with limited footprint availability. These double-reduction, in-line, helical gear agitators provide smooth, vibration-free operation and efficient mixing, just like the right-angle drive agitators.

DCJBQ series agitators align the motor shaft with the gear reducer output shaft. The explosion-proof, C-face motor bolts on and couples to the double reduction helical gearbox. The entire assembly bolts to a fabricated steel base plate, which is then mounted on the tank.

Vertically mounted agitators are lighter than right-angle-drive horizontal units, but produce the same mixing results. In some instances, horsepower requirements are reduced due to the 95% efficiency of the helical gearing. Above 7.5 kW  mud agitator using turbine worm reduction drive, has the transmission torque, smooth operation, reliable work, etc advantages.
