Recently, our company received an order from a Malaysia customer to order Desilter. In accordance with customer's technical and appearance requirements, our company successfully completed production and completed the handover as scheduled. We have packed Desilter and sent it to Malaysia.

In addition to the high separation capacity of Desilter Hydrocyclones, the range of separation particle size is wide; the bottom outlet of the cyclone is in the form of a pressure umbrella-like “wet-bottomed” sand discharge so that the particles in the separation zone can be quickly discharged, and the probability of underflow port jamming is reduced; The screen mud vibrating screen has a large amount of processing, low noise, and long screen life; the symmetrical liquid intake mechanism makes the swirl distribution reasonable and stable.

The demineralizer is designed based on the principle of particle sedimentation. The fluid of the separation medium generates a certain pressure and velocity through the sand pump and enters spirally along the inner wall of the cyclone. The coarser particles are swirled under the action of centrifugal force and gravity. The inner wall of the device sinks spirally and is discharged from the bottom flow port and falls on the fine mesh vibrating screen below. The other medium spirals up along the cyclone.
