Desander plant mud recycling used in Malaysia field

We got a good feedback of the desander plant mud system in Malaysia was sold last year. The treating capacity of the mud recycling is 300GPM with desander cones. Mud Recycling System is also called Mud Recovery System or Mud Circulation System. Usually the whole mud system mainly include as below equipemnt: 

1. Mud Recycling Tank, drilling mud mixing tank with attachments like walkways, handrails, mud clean gate.

2. Shale Shaker for first phase mud recycling equipment of solids upper 100 microns.

3. Desander for the second mud cleaning of separation solids uppper  50 microns.

4. Desilter is the third phase mud recycling equipment of separation solids upper to 20 microns.

5. Decanter Centrifuges is the fourth phase mud recycling equimpent for separation of solids uppper 2 to 5 microns.

6. Mud Agitators, Mud guns, Mud mixing pumps,and drilling mud transfer pumps for the mud recycling unit.

Basic configuration

Material: Adopt SS304 or Q345 High Strength alloy material . Spring is rubber and steel composite.

Spare parts Brand: Vibration motor from Italy OLY; Electric parts is ABB, Seimens or Schindler and ect.
