Overall requirements for drilling fluid cleaners:

1. There should be lifting rings at the top of the equipment. When installing, lifting and lifting should be performed from the lifting position to avoid deformation or damage of the equipment. The base of the equipment must be installed smoothly.

2. The inlet pipe of the desilter swirler and desilter cyclone should adopt hard pipe or hose line to reduce the length and turning as much as possible;

3. The screen tension of the vibrating screen should be appropriate, and the screen after installation and adjustment should be smooth;

4. The vibration motor and control box of the drilling fluid cleaner should be riot-proof electrical equipment, and their electrical connection should comply with relevant anti-riot standards.
