How to Control The Damage Of Shaker Screen?

1 The quality problem of vibrating screens is an important factor that causes the screen to break too quickly.

If the material of the screen does not meet the screening requirements for the material, the screen will be damaged quickly. We have listed the classification of the screen and how to select the appropriate screen when customers select the rotary screen.

2 The tension of the vibrating screen is insufficient, causing the screen to vibrate, which is usually broken or damaged along the edge of the screen or the edge of the bead.

3 The vibrating screen generally has an upper sieve layer and a lower force layer. The two layers are required to be closely attached. If the screen is poorly pre-tensioned, when the force layer on the bottom of the screen is tight, the sieve Layering is not tightened;

When the sieve machine is working, the distance fluttered below the sieve screen is too large, and the portion that is in contact with the sieve frame cannot be effectively compacted, which is one of the reasons that cause the screen to be damaged too quickly.

4 Material feeding problem.

Because in the process of vibrating screen continuous feeding, but if too much feeding, hinder the normal movement of materials on the screen surface, not only make the screen become fatigue loose, but will greatly reduce the amount of material handling.

When a large amount of material is given at one time, the load of the motor that is in unbalanced operation will suddenly increase. Not only is it easy to damage the screen, but it also easily causes damage to the vibration motor. Therefore, the material must be fed evenly when it is put into the material.

In the feeding method with strong impact, the vibration sieve must be equipped with a buffer hopper. The direct impact of the material on the screen will consume the exciting force generated by the vibration source, which will cause the screen to be damaged and the screen fatigue more easily.
